Please be sure to bring your insurance identification card with you to your first appointment. We are not under contract with any insurance plans. We feel that this allows us to give our patients the quality treatment they deserve. However, we will submit a claim for you if your plan allows you to choose an out-of-network Dentist. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding eligibility and we will be happy to discuss with you.
We will always do our best to maximize insurance coverage for you. We will do everything in our power to help you determine, in advance, what treatment plan options are available, what your estimated benefit will be, and what your financial responsibility will be.

Please be aware that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Insurance can certainly help but every policy has limitations. No insurance company covers 100% of recommended treatment. We urge you to be fully aware of the provisions of your policy
